Patience and homeschooling go hand-in-hand.  Parents are eager to have their children succeed and make advances.

 

But, the process of preparing a child for adulthood is intended to take 18 years. 18 years. The process is not a quick one.

 

Homeschooling is NOT like microwaving.  Homeschooling is more like crockpotting.

 

Crockpotting is slow, takes time to prepare, is deliberate, and must be planned.  There is nothing fast about crockpotting and there is nothing fast about homeschooling. Both are wonderfully delicious and intended to be enjoyed.
